The 36th Annual Conference of the Japan Fichte Association to be held online

To the members of Japan Fichte Association

　We will not be able to hold the conference as usual this year, but instead have it online via our website and “ZOOM”. We will provide more details in print this month, so please look out for them.
　　As we announced in the members newsletter in May 2020, we had planned to hold the 36th Congress in Kanazawa on Sunday, November 15, 2020. However, due to the spread of the new coronavirus, we believe that it will be difficult to hold it as planned. We have considered several alternative means and decided to hold the conference during the afternoon of November 15, 2020, in a shortened version via Zoom.
　　There are many inconveniences having it online, but at the same time, I believe there are also advantages. I hope the conference will be a great success, and I hope it will promote the use of the homepage and make it easier for people from far to participate. We look forward to seeing you at the conference.
　If you are not familiar with computers and communication devices, or have never used Zoom, we will provide you with an opportunity to confirm your operation and test the connection.
